The YouTube service is straight forward. People load up their short videos to share with the world. User are loading up tens of thousands of new videos a day. Most of them probably not worth watching. You can use the site in two ways. As a viewer, you could spend forever watching other people’s videos. YouTube makes it easy by organizing them in a number of ways: top rated, most viewed, categories, etc. You can also join the crowd and upload your own videos. They have free plans which allow for a limited number of uploads, and paid plans that let you upload more.
I loaded up a video of my son to test out the service and it has been viewed 226 times. Makes you wonder who is watching all these videos?
At the very least go, check it out for yourself.

YouTube Rocks. I can sit for hours and browse the videos that other people have uploaded. It is a great time waster.
Not all videos on YouTube has good quality.
