The “Video on the Net Conference” will be held in Boston September 12-14, 2006. Organized by Jeff Pulver, the conference aims will be:
“taking a hard look at the effects of the broadband internet on the movie, TV and broadcast industries. We are bringing together people who are helping to define the space and those that are being disrupted today as well those who we believe will be the disruptors of tomorrow. We look forward to welcoming the internet strategists and the executives of media companies to this inaugural event.”
It looks as though they will have strong broad-ranging attendance from many of the important players in the video on the net industry and from other industries looking to capitalize on video on the web.
