Vdiddy is a new video aggregation site that brings together videos from YouTube, Metacafe, MySpace Video, Yahoo Video, Grouper, iFilm, AOL Video, DailyMotion, Revver, Sharkle and Break.com. The idea behind the site is to allow users to watch videos from around the web on one site. Vdiddy looks like an amateur version of Dabble and VideoBomb which also aggregate video.
I am not sure that Vdiddy has much upside. There are already established aggregation competitors with better interfaces and more functionality. In addition, all of the sites being aggregated have a brand and loyal customers already. Sites like Google Video and YouTube have many of the same videos anyway, so there is not much of a reason for users to visit sites like Vdiddy.
