ifilm’s new video sharing service, aiming to compete with YouTube, offers licensed MTV content, but also features user uploaded video clips.  The site offers 17 themed channels of content and undoubtedly among the most popular is the “Girls” channel.  Unlike its racier mainstream competitor Daily Motion, the sexy videos here are tame.  Obviously, someone at ifilm is keeping an eye on what is uploaded.   The “Girls” channel is to video sharing what the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue is to adult magazines.
